1Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "ace55," "we," "us," "our" refers to the ace55 platform, its operators, and its affiliated entities.
• "Platform" refers to the ace55 website, mobile-optimised web application, and all associated services accessible at ace55.biz.
• "User," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ace55 Platform.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a User on the ace55 Platform.
• "Real-Money Services" means any betting, casino gaming, or wagering activity conducted on the Platform using actual PKR funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to an Account by ace55.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, which includes identity verification via CNIC and any additional documentation requested by ace55.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the official currency of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the sole currency used for transactions on the Platform.

2Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern the entire relationship between you and ace55 with respect to your use of the Platform. By registering an Account, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full.
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions and any amendments thereto.
• You accept that these Terms & Conditions, together with the ace55 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ace55.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

These Terms & Conditions are effective from the date you first access or register on the Platform and remain in full force until your Account is closed.

3Eligibility

Access to the ace55 Platform and its Real-Money Services is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ace55 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all real-money account activity. This age threshold applies regardless of any lower local age of majority.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and of your own free will for entertainment purposes.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee or contractor of ace55 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by ace55 or a recognised responsible gaming body.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person. Accounts must be operated solely by the registered account holder.
• You are not residing in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by the applicable laws of that jurisdiction.

ace55 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in account suspension or closure. Any winnings obtained in breach of eligibility requirements will be voided and forfeited.

4Account Registration & KYC

To access Real-Money Services on ace55, you must create a registered Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and email address.

You warrant that all information provided at registration and at any subsequent point is truthful and up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: ace55 is required to verify the identity of all account holders prior to processing withdrawals. KYC verification may require you to submit a copy of your valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership where applicable. ace55 may request additional documentation at its discretion.

ace55 operates a strict one-account-per-person and one-account-per-household policy. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and any bonus funds held in duplicate accounts will be voided.

5Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your credentials with any other person.

• You must notify ace55 immediately via live chat or at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• ace55 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel.
• ace55 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials or have shared them with a third party.
• ace55 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account for an additional layer of security.

ace55 reserves the right to suspend or lock an Account if unusual activity is detected, pending investigation. The account holder will be notified where it is safe and appropriate to do so.

6Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ace55 Platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK.

Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals are available exclusively to verified account holders who have completed KYC. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. ace55 reserves the right to request additional verification for any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount exceeds Rs 100,000 or where account activity is flagged for review.

• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly. Only real-money funds that have met applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
• ace55 does not charge withdrawal processing fees on standard amounts, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own fees.
• ace55 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
• Accounts flagged for suspected fraud, money laundering, or policy violations may have withdrawal processing suspended pending investigation.

7Bonuses & Promotions

ace55 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is claimed, which are incorporated into and must be read alongside these Terms & Conditions.

• Wagering requirements, game contribution rates, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry dates apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• ace55 applies a strict one-bonus-per-person, one-bonus-per-household, and one-bonus-per-IP-address policy.
• ace55 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice where it suspects abuse, technical error, or misuse.
• Using multiple accounts, VPNs, or any other method to claim a bonus more than once will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Bonus funds are credited in PKR. All bonus-related calculations are conducted in PKR.

8Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the ace55 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or betting market as displayed within the Platform. In addition, the following general rules apply to all real-money activity:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ace55 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except where provided for under specific market rules (e.g., void bets due to event cancellation).
• In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during a game or live betting session, ace55 reserves the right to void affected rounds or bets and return stakes to the affected accounts.
• ace55 reserves the right to void bets placed at obviously incorrect odds resulting from a pricing error. Affected players will be notified and stakes refunded within 48 hours.
• Maximum bet and maximum payout limits apply per market, per game, and per account. These limits are displayed within the relevant sections of the Platform.
• Cricket and PSL betting markets are settled in accordance with official match results as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or equivalent). In the event of a dispute, the official scorecard is the final reference.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ace55 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether in your own name or through a third party.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or exploit the Platform.
• Deliberately exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino, or any other game type to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, tax evasion, or financial crime activity. ace55 complies fully with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Providing false identity information or using another person's identity or payment method without authorisation.
• Accessing the Platform via a VPN, proxy, or other technology designed to mask or falsify your location for the purpose of circumventing geo-restrictions or bonus eligibility rules.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour toward ace55 staff or other players via live chat or any other communication channel.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the ace55 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of ace55 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of ace55.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ace55 shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Loss of profits, data, winnings, or goodwill arising from technical interruptions, system failures, or force majeure events beyond ace55's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• The conduct, actions, or omissions of any third-party payment processor, software provider, or internet service provider involved in delivering the Platform to you.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit ace55's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12Privacy & Data

ace55's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by the ace55 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

You consent to ace55 collecting and processing personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, customer support, and where you have opted in, marketing communications. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time via your account settings.

ace55 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only where required for the operation of the Platform (e.g., with payment processors) or where required by law.

13Responsible Gaming

ace55 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes the wellbeing of its players seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered account holders and can be activated at any time from within the account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory review period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds per day, week, or month across all real-money activity.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend access to your Account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without permanent closure.

14Account Closure

You may close your ace55 Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon closure:

• Any real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be refunded to your verified payment method after standard verification checks.
• Any unused Bonus Funds or free spins will be forfeited upon account closure.
• Accounts closed at the request of the player for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) may not be reopened during the elected exclusion period under any circumstances.

ace55 also reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion where there is evidence of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, or where required by applicable law or regulatory instruction. Where an Account is closed by ace55 due to suspected policy violation, any funds held may be withheld pending investigation.

15Amendments to These Terms

ace55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ace55 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via a prominent notice on the Platform or by email to your registered address.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 14.

The version of the Terms & Conditions bearing the most recent effective date displayed at the top of this page is the version currently in force.

16Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming and electronic commerce law. In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the ace55 Platform:

• You should first contact the ace55 support team via live chat or at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. Most disputes are resolved promptly at this stage.
• If an informal resolution cannot be reached within 14 days of your initial complaint, either party may escalate the matter through the formal dispute resolution process described in the ace55 Disputes Policy, available from the support team upon request.
• ace55's decision on all betting and gaming disputes, where based on game logs, server data, and platform records, shall be final and binding.
